Position: Architect Experience Required
1 year of experience in architectural design and project coordination
Freshers with exceptional design portfolios may also be considered.
Experience in residential projects will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction documents.
Develop concept designs, 3D visualizations, and presentation materials.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, site engineers, and contractors.
Prepare detailed plans, elevations, sections, and interior layouts.
Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
Assist in material selection and design detailing.
Ensure drawings comply with local building regulations and standards.
Support project documentation, approvals, and submissions.
Coordinate revisions and updates during project execution.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
Solid proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).
Working knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Revit, or similar visualization software.
Good understanding of residential architecture and interior design principles.
Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in luxury residential or villa projects.
Knowledge of building materials and construction methods.
Ability to create high-quality 3D renders and walkthroughs.
Robust design sense and creative thinking.
