Thapas Energy is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Solar Project Assistant to support the planning, execution, and completion of residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and site engineers to ensure projects are completed on time and according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager in coordinating solar projects from initiation to completion.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules.
Track project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
Schedule site visits, installations, and commissioning activities.
Follow up on material procurement and delivery.
Maintain project files, BOQs, work orders, and invoices.
Support project approvals and documentation.




Handle project-related administrative tasks and reporting.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
0–2 years of experience insolar industry
Robust communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
