Job Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers to meet project requirements and budget constraints
Support the preparation and issuance of purchase orders and contracts
Collaborate with engineering and project teams to understand material specifications and timelines
Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers as per organization requirements.
Participate in negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and inventory levels.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's/ master’s degree in Electrical engineering from an accredited university.
Skills Required:
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of technical specifications related to materials and engineering processes.
