Position: Customer Relation Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
Handle customer inquiries over the phone, providing accurate information on offers and services.
Follow up with leads generated through various channels and maintain a detailed database of interactions.
Support the service team by booking appointments and forwarding customer queries as needed.
Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and skilled service over the phone.

Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: Plus Two (Higher Secondary).
Good communication skills
Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry).
A customer-friendly attitude with the ability to work in a team.
