About Ulivv

Ulivv is a DPIIT-recognised PropTech startup building India's Rental Operating System, starting with PGs, hostels and co-living operators.

Our Tenant and Business apps are live on both the App Store and Google Play. We're building a category-defining brand and looking for someone who wants to grow with us from the early stage.

Role Overview

As our Founding Brand & Growth Lead, you'll work closely with the founders to build the Ulivv brand, create impactful marketing campaigns, generate high-quality content and drive business growth.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys building brands from scratch in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
Build and grow the Ulivv brand across digital and offline channels.
Plan and create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms.
Shoot and edit product videos, reels, customer stories and founder content.
Manage social media strategy and content calendar.
Run and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Create marketing creatives, brochures,



presentations and sales collateral.
Support website, SEO and lead generation initiatives.
Track campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
Work closely with founders on product launches, branding and marketing strategy.

Requirements
2 - 6 years of experience in Brand, Growth or Digital Marketing.
Experience working with startups is preferred.
Strong content creation, copywriting and storytelling skills.
Hands-on experience with Canva, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience in video editing tools like Premiere Pro or CapCut.
Good understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Familiarity with analytics, SEO and digital marketing best practices.
Creative mindset with a solid sense of ownership and execution.
