We are looking for a confident and motivated Lead Generation & Cold Calling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional approach, and at least 2 years of relevant experience in lead generation, telecalling, inside sales, or business development.

Key Responsibilities
Generate current leads through cold calling, online research, databases, and other sources.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce the company’s products/services.
Identify potential customers and understand their requirements.
Qualify leads and arrange appointments or meetings for the sales team.
Maintain and regularly update lead and customer databases.
Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation targets.
Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, leads, and conversions.
Coordinate with the sales/business development team to ensure effective lead conversion.
Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective customers.




Provide regular reports on lead-generation and calling activities.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in lead generation, cold calling, telecalling, inside sales, or business development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident and professional telephone manner.
Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain consistent follow-ups.
Prior experience in B2B lead generation or software/IT sales will be an advantage.
