Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and responsible Admin to manage day-to-day administrative activities and ensure smooth office operations in our organization.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office Administration and general operational activities.
Maintain office records, documents, files, and registers.
Coordinate with staff, vendors, couriers, and service providers.
Handle office supplies, stationery, housekeeping, and maintenance requirements.
Manage incoming and outgoing courier, parcels, and official documents.
Maintain attendance, leave records, and other employee-related administrative data.
Coordinate meetings, visitors, appointments, and office requirements.




Support HR and management with administrative tasks and reports.
Handle vendor coordination, quotations, bills, and payment follow-ups.
Ensure proper documentation and timely renewal of AMC, licenses, and office-related contracts.
Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
Prepare daily/weekly administrative reports for management.
Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Positive knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Valuable documentation and record-keeping skills.

Experience
2–5 years of experience in administration.
Experience in the jewellery industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
