KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle customer enquiries & calls
Counsel and guide customers
Follow up with prospective customers
Maintain customer records & office documents
Handle daily administrative activities
Coordinate with the branch team
Prepare basic daily reports

Valuable communication & interpersonal skills
Positive attitude & willingness to learn
Basic computer knowledge
Tamil & English communication preferred
