Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic fresher to join our Research and Development (R&D;) Department in the Molecular Biology sector. As an R&D; Associate, you will assist in various projects focused on genetic research, molecular analysis, and developing innovative biotechnological solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Support ongoing molecular biology research projects, including DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, and gel electrophoresis.
Assist in designing and conducting experiments under the supervision of senior scientists.
Record and analyze experimental data, maintaining accurate lab notes.
Collaborate with team members on project planning and execution.
Help maintain laboratory equipment and ensure a clean and safe working setting.

Qualifications:




Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of molecular biology techniques is preferred but not mandatory.
Solid attention to detail and ability to follow protocols accurately.

Skills:
Effective teamwork and communication skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a quick-paced research environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
