Job Description – Store & Purchase

Position: Store & Purchase Executive / Manager
Department: Stores & Purchase
Location: Jaipur
Industry Preference: Furniture, Wood, Stone, or Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store operations, material inward/outward, and inventory control.
Handle purchase activities including vendor identification, quotations, negotiation, and purchase orders.
Ensure timely availability of raw materials, hardware, consumables, and other production-related materials.
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory documentation.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Accounts, and other departments for material requirements.
Monitor stock levels and initiate timely procurement to avoid shortages.
Verify materials received against POs, invoices, and quality/quantity requirements.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate price, quality, and delivery timelines.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.




Ensure proper storage, identification, and handling of materials.
Prepare purchase and inventory-related reports for management.
Follow company procedures for purchase approvals, documentation, and inventory control.

Industry-Specific Preference:
Candidates with experience in wood/furniture manufacturing, stone, or similar manufacturing industries will be preferred, particularly those familiar with hardware, wood, stone, consumables, production materials, and vendor management.

Experience: 4–8 years
Qualification: Graduate/Diploma; relevant qualification in Supply Chain/Purchase/Stores will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
