Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and experienced script writer for our Instagram and YouTube channels. The candidate should have strong storytelling skills and the ability to create engaging, audience-focused content for short-form and long-form videos.

The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, hooks, audience retention, and viral content formats.

Responsibilities
Write engaging scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube videos
Research trending topics and content ideas
Create strong hooks and storytelling-based scripts
Coordinate with the video editing and creative team
Understand audience psychology and platform algorithms
Ensure scripts are transparent, engaging, and easy to execute during shoots
Generate fresh and creative content ideas regularly

Requirements




Minimum 2 years of experience in script writing/content writing for social media
Good understanding of Instagram and YouTube content trends
Strong Hindi and basic English writing skills
Creative mindset with positive communication skills
Ability to write viral, emotional, informative, or entertaining content
Experience in writing scripts for reels/short videos will be preferred
Must be comfortable working from office

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of social media engagement strategies
Understanding of video pacing and audience retention
Ability to adapt tone and style according to content category
