Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Accountant to independently manage day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, statutory compliance and financial reporting for our travel business.

The candidate should have solid practical knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, TCS, bank reconciliation, vendor/customer accounts and Excel.

Experience in the Travel & Tourism industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain complete day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping
Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries and expenses
Maintain customer and vendor ledgers
Handle supplier advances and customer advances
Raise invoices and maintain receivables
Monitor customer outstanding and payment follow-ups
Prepare vendor payment schedules and reconcile supplier accounts
Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
Reconcile credit card, UPI and payment-gateway transactions
Maintain petty cash and daily bank position
Prepare GST working and assist/file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B
Reconcile GSTR-2B with purchase records
Handle TDS deduction, payment and quarterly return preparation
Working knowledge of applicable TCS provisions
Maintain records for refunds, credit notes and cancellations
Reconcile airline, hotel,



travel portal and other supplier accounts
Prepare monthly MIS and management reports
Assist in preparation of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and cash-flow reports
Coordinate with CA, auditors, consultants and banks
Maintain proper supporting documents and accounting records
Assist in payroll and fixed-asset records where required

Customer Advances
Refunds and Credit Notes
Payment Gateways
Online Travel Portals
Foreign Currency / International Transactions

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
