Mechanic Trainee – Job Description

Position: Mechanic Trainee
Department: Service
Location: Autobahn Mahindra

Key Responsibilities:
Assist technicians in vehicle inspection, servicing, and repair activities.
Learn basic mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic procedures for Mahindra vehicles.
Support workshop operations including tool handling, cleaning, and job card assistance.
Follow safety standards, workshop discipline, and company policies during all service activities.
Attend technical training programs and improve product/service knowledge regularly.
Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards as per company guidelines.

Requirements:
ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
Basic knowledge of automobile systems and tools.
Willingness to learn and work in a workshop setting.
Positive attitude, discipline, and teamwork skills.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
