Review the machine-wise production plan before the start of the shift.
Check readiness of machines, moulds, manpower, raw material, and auxiliary equipment.
Set and monitor injection moulding machine process parameters.
Troubleshoot moulding defects such as short moulding, flash, sink marks, warpage, burn marks, black spots, flow marks, and silver streaks.
Ensure production is carried out as per the approved sample, process sheet, and work instructions.
