Job Description Store Executive
Receive incoming materials and verify them against purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.
Coordinate with Purchase, Quality, Production, and Accounts departments.
Check material quantity, item codes, specifications, and physical condition.
Prepare and maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and other material receiving documents.
Store materials systematically with proper identification, labeling, and location coding.
Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/SAP or inventory management systems.
Issue raw materials, components, and consumables to production against approved material requisitions.
Maintain proper FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.
Monitor stock levels and identify shortages, excess stock, slow-moving, and obsolete materials.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Maintain proper records of inward, outward, transfer, and return materials.




Coordinate with Quality Control for inspection and segregation of rejected or non-conforming materials.
Ensure proper storage conditions and workplace safety in the store area.
Manage scrap, rejected, and surplus materials as per company procedures.
Support inventory audits and ensure proper documentation.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Follow company procedures, 5S, safety rules, and ISO requirements.
Ensure materials are available to production on time to avoid line stoppages.
