Record and maintain daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable activities.
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
Prepare and reconcile customer and vendor ledgers.
Perform GSTR-2B reconciliation with purchase records and follow up on mismatches with vendors.
Prepare and file GSTR-3B returns accurately and within statutory timelines.
Ensure timely filing and compliance of GST, TDS, TCS, and other statutory requirements.
Update and maintain personal/director bank statement entries and credit card transaction entries on a regular basis.
Maintain and update the vendor payment list, tracking due dates and payment status.
Support the finalization of books of accounts and coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
Verify invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance.
Maintain proper accounting documentation and records for future reference.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
