We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee the construction of our hotel project in Jaipur. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring quality work, coordinating with contractors, and completing the project on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise all civil construction work at the project site.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and consultants.
Monitor labour productivity and daily site progress.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
Maintain quality standards and ensure timely completion of work.
Check measurements and verify contractor bills.
Ensure proper use of construction materials and minimize wastage.
Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and site discipline.
Report project updates, delays,
and issues to the management.
Requirements
Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in building construction projects.
Experience in hotel, commercial, or residential projects will be preferred.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
Valuable knowledge of RCC, masonry, finishing, waterproofing, plumbing coordination, and electrical coordination.
Solid leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic site documentation.
