Job Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs
Handle inbound and outbound calls
Explain courses, features, and benefits to students
Follow up with interested candidates and maintain student engagement
Support admission and enrollment process
Maintain student data and interactions in CRM
Eligibility Criteria:
Any Graduate can apply
Freshers are welcome
Good communication skills in English and Hindi ,Telugu
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Skills:
Positive interpersonal and communication skills
Confident speaking skills
Ability to handle students and parents professionally
