Roles & ResponsibilitiesTelecalling
Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Follow up with existing and potential customers.
Maintain call records and update CRM/Excel sheets.

Social Media
Assist in managing the company's LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
Create and publish engaging posts related to IT Services and Cybersecurity.
Support digital marketing campaigns.
Monitor social media engagement and respond to basic inquiries.

Back Office Operations
Prepare and maintain customer databases.
Update sales reports and daily activity trackers.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation.
Support proposal preparation, quotations, and other administrative tasks.
Handle general office coordination and data management.

Eligibility




Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's/Master's degree (BBA, BMS, B.Com, MBA, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related fields).
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Positive communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, or other social media platforms.
