Educational Qualification
ITI in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC), Electrician, or related trade
Additional HVAC/VRF training is preferred

Job Responsibilities
Install, service, and maintain VRF/VRV air conditioning systems.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of indoor and outdoor units.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and refrigeration faults.
Check refrigerant pressure, gas charging, and leakage issues.
Inspect compressors, PCB boards, sensors, and electrical components.
Carry out testing, commissioning, and system performance checks.
Read electrical wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
Prepare service reports and maintenance records.
Ensure safety procedures and company standards are followed.
Coordinate with supervisors and customers regarding service requirements.

Required Skills
Knowledge of VRF/VRV systems and HVAC principles




Understanding of electrical circuits and refrigeration systems
Ability to use testing tools such as multimeters, manifold gauges, and clamp meters
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Positive communication and teamwork abilities

Experience
Freshers with ITI RAC can apply for trainee positions.
1–5 years of experience in VRF/VRV service and maintenance is preferred for technician roles.
