About the Role

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying current business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop current business opportunities.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and online platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and implement effective business development strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare sales reports and business forecasts.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.




2–5 years of experience in business development or sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Valid driving license is an added advantage.
