Qualification
ITI Pass (Fitter, Electrician, Turner, Machinist, Mechanical, Wireman, Welder, Instrument Mechanic, or equivalent trade)
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Experience
Experience in paper bag, PP woven bag, packaging, printing, or similar industries will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Operate production machines as per standard operating procedures (SOP).
Assist in machine setup, adjustment, and changeover.
Perform routine preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
Monitor machine performance and report any abnormalities immediately.
Maintain production quality as per company standards.
Minimize machine downtime and material wastage.
Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a clean work area (5S).
Follow all safety rules and wear the required PPE.




Record production data and machine parameters accurately.
Support the maintenance team during machine breakdowns.
Work in rotational shifts as per production requirements.

Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

Team player with discipline and punctuality.
Willingness to work in shifts and overtime when required.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹21,221.01 per month
