Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Assistant Manager to support our sales operations, manage customer relationships, and assist the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and annual sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills with experience in B2B sales, customer handling, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies.
Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, online inquiries, and client visits.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
Coordinate with the marketing, production, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.
Monitor sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
Guide and support junior sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
Maintain accurate customer records using CRM or ERP software.
Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and promotional activities when required.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with CRM/ERP software is preferred.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Science, or a related field.
MBA (Sales & Marketing) is preferred.
2–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Sales Coordination.
Experience in laboratory equipment, medical equipment, scientific instruments, or industrial products will be an added advantage.
