An Executive Housekeeper is responsible for managing the housekeeping department and ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards in a hotel or hospitality property.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage housekeeping staff and daily operations.
Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back areas are clean and well maintained.
Prepare staff duty rosters and work schedules.
Conduct room inspections and quality checks.
Maintain housekeeping inventory, linen, uniforms, and cleaning supplies.
Coordinate with maintenance and other departments for smooth operations.
Train housekeeping staff on cleaning standards, grooming, and safety procedures.
Handle guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
Control departmental expenses and minimize wastage.

Qualification
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
