About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to produce high-quality corporate video content for internal and external communication, employer branding, marketing, events, and social media.

Key Responsibilities
Edit corporate videos, leadership interviews, employee stories, company events, webinars, and promotional content.
Create videos for LinkedIn, YouTube, internal communication, presentations, and corporate campaigns.
Add professional transitions, subtitles, music, graphics, logos, and other visual elements.
Work with HR, Marketing, and Business teams to understand requirements and deliver videos on time.
Ensure all videos maintain a consistent and qualified corporate brand image.
Edit raw footage from interviews, events, presentations, and employee engagement activities.
Create short-form content, teasers, and highlight videos from longer corporate videos.
Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and turnaround time.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in video editing, preferably in a corporate, agency, or marketing environment.




Robust hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve.
Working knowledge of After Effects and basic motion graphics.
Good understanding of video storytelling, editing, sound, colour correction, and pacing.
Experience creating content for LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
Positive communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Good to Have
Experience in corporate communications or employer branding.
Basic knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator.
Experience editing leadership/CEO videos and interviews.
Knowledge of AI-based video editing and content creation tools.
Photography or videography skills would be an added advantage.

Portfolio

Candidates should be able to share a portfolio/showreel demonstrating corporate video editing work.
