We are looking for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to manage end-to-end HVAC projects, ensuring timely execution, quality, cost control, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor HVAC projects from start to completion.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Manage installation of VRF, Chillers, AHU, FCU, Ducting, MS Piping, Ventilation & Cooling Tower systems.
Review HVAC drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project schedules.
Monitor manpower, material procurement, site activities, and project progress.
Ensure projects are completed within approved time, budget, and quality standards.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical/site-related issues.
Prepare progress reports, billing measurements, and project documentation.




Ensure compliance with safety standards and applicable HVAC/engineering practices.
Handle testing, commissioning, snag clearance, and project handover.

Required Skills
Solid HVAC project execution and site management experience.
Positive knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, testing & commissioning.
Excellent coordination, communication, and team-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
