(Tool & Die / Mechanical Engineering) – Full Time

Job Responsibilities
Independently handle press dies, injection molds, and HPDC dies in the CNC machining section.
Coordinate with Planning, Design, CAM, and Fitting teams to prepare machining plans as per the die manufacturing schedule.
Possess work experience on HMC, gun drilling, VMC, and EDM machines.
Manage shop floor activities and manpower at the supervisor level.
Plan and monitor machining schedules.
Plan machining capacity and outsourcing jobs.
Prepare machining work content sheets and inspection sheets.
Monitor die parts quality.
Analyze target vs. actual machining hours and work towards reducing machining time.




Monitor and Improve machining efficiency.

Technical / Functional:
Solid drawing reading skills and knowledge of fits & tolerances.
Knowledge of FANUC control systems.
Knowledge of CNC machining operations.
Ability to independently handle machining projects.
Knowledge of various cutting tools and clamping sytems.
Knowledge of press dies, die casting dies, and injection mold manufacturing.
Ability to independently prepare die machining process planning sheets.
Knowledge of different die materials.
Ability to make independent decisions in CNC machining operations.
Knowledge of CAM/CAD software such as UG NX, Powermill, and Tebis will be an added advantage.
