Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Placement Manager – IT to develop and manage relationships with IT companies, create placement opportunities for students, and drive the overall placement process from employer engagement to student onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with IT companies, startups, MNCs and recruitment partners.
Identify and bring recent placement and hiring opportunities for students.
Manage end-to-end campus recruitment drives.
Coordinate with HRs and recruiters for job requirements, interviews and selection processes.
Understand IT industry hiring requirements and map them to student skills.
Coordinate with academic departments and Training & Placement teams.
Conduct placement drives, pre-placement talks and employer interactions.
Maintain a database of companies, job openings, student profiles and placement records.
Track placement performance and prepare regular reports.
Support students with resume building, interview preparation and career guidance.
Build long-term corporate partnerships for internships and placements.




Identify opportunities for IT internships, projects and industry collaborations.
Achieve placement and employer engagement targets.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of the IT recruitment and hiring ecosystem.
Excellent corporate relationship and networking skills.
Valuable understanding of technologies such as Java, Python, .NET, Full Stack, Cloud, Data Analytics and AI/ML.
Solid communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work with recruiters, HR teams and college management.
Good knowledge of campus recruitment processes.
Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
