Key Account Executive – Khetika

Location: Navi Mumbai

We are looking for a Key Account Executive to strengthen our sales team and drive growth across leading online channels.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations and relationships with key E-commerce and Qcommerce platforms.
Ensure smooth execution of deliveries while maintaining 100% fill rates.
Work closely with internal teams (Supply Chain, Operations, Finance) for timely order fulfilment and accurate inventory management.
Address issues related to stockouts, cancellations, pricing discrepancies, and order delays in coordination with platform teams.
Take complete ownership of Purchase Orders (POs), fill rate tracking, and other operational metrics.
Ensure seamless execution and on-time deliveries across all platforms.

Key Requirements




Minimum 2 year of experience in handling E-commerce / Q-commerce sales within the FMCG sector.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
Familiarity with platforms like Amazon, BigBasket, Instamart, Zepto, Blinkit, etc.
Solid understanding of online sales operations, and analytics.
Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and platform dashboards/portals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to thrive in a quick-paced, data-driven, and detail-oriented environment.
