Role Overview: Manage day-to-day accounting, costing, and compliance for operations. Focus on accurate inventory valuation, production cost tracking, and statutory adherence to support profitability and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities:-
Maintain books of accounts for raw material, WIP, finished goods, and job work.
Prepare monthly plant P&L;, variance analysis, and standard vs actual cost reports.
Handle inventory valuation, stock audits, and reconcile physical vs book stock.
Process vendor bills, GRN validation, 3-way matching, and timely AP cycles.
Monitor capex vs budget, CWIP capitalization, and fixed asset register.
Support GST, TDS, TCS compliance, e-invoicing, and input credit reconciliation.
Coordinate with production, stores, and purchase teams.




Prepare data for cost audit, statutory audit, and internal audit requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:
B.Com/M.Com/CMA Inter/MBA Finance with 1–3 years experience.
Robust in product costing, BOM understanding, and inventory accounting.
Hands-on with SAP/Tally/ERP Next + advanced Excel, pivot, VLOOKUP.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, e-way bill, and factory-related compliances - Analytical mindset, shop-floor coordination skills, deadline-oriented.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
