We are looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to act as the link between customers and the service department. The role involves understanding customer requirements, coordinating vehicle service and repairs, providing service estimates, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from vehicle reception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Receive customers and understand their service requirements.
Prepare job cards and service estimates.
Coordinate with technicians for timely completion of repairs.
Update customers on service progress and delivery timelines.
Handle service documentation, invoicing, and warranty-related processes.
Address customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate service records and follow company procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements




B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Freshers with robust communication and customer service skills can apply.
Experienced candidates with prior experience in automobile service advisory roles will be preferred.
Positive communication, interpersonal, and customer handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and service management software will be an added advantage.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced service environment and handle multiple customer interactions effectively.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
