Roles & Responsibilities:

A. Strategic Management at the Branch level
Ensure that the Branch staffs constantly strives to realize the Company’s Vision and Mission by adhering to Company’s values and code of conduct.
Manage the market research activity for both branch expansion and product development.
Branch establishment monitoring and roll out of financial services by the company.
Developing annual business plan and budget for the Branch –products and services, client growth, credit needs, cash flows, profitability; and indent funds accordingly – to be done in every February for the ensuing financial year.
Set monthly / quarterly / annual targets for the Assistant Branch Managers in consultation with the Regional Manager (RM) and ensure Branch achieves its overall targets.




Monitor performance of the Branch in achieving its targets and analyse variations from targets and report to the Senior Management. Support the Senior Management in decision making on target setting.
Manage current product launch as per the directives of Head Office (HO).
Identify prospects for income generation activities for loan purpose to clients, facilitate market linkages for products and services.
Monitoring overall performance of branch in loan origination till loan disbursements process of branch as well as PAR.
Monitoring the performance of CSPs, ABMs and Periodic field visits to monitor operations performance at the field level.
Conduct monthly review meetings of CSPs and ABMs.
