Job Description – Customer Care Officer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails.
Provide accurate information regarding company services and products.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive command of English is mandatory.
Fluency in Hindi will be considered an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Solid problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work in a team-oriented setting.

Qualification:
Any Degree from a recognized institution.

Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
