Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional from a strong insurance background (Health & Term Insurance) who has handled end-to-end insurance processes. The ideal candidate should also be open to working in a partnership role, contributing to business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end insurance operations, including:
Client consultation and requirement analysis
Policy selection and documentation
Application processing and follow-ups
Claims assistance and servicing
Demonstrate strong knowledge of:
Health Insurance products
Term Insurance policies
Market trends and competitor offerings
Develop and maintain relationships with clients
Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
Visit clients at their location for meetings and closures




Ensure proper documentation and compliance
Provide after-sales support and client servicing

Key Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Health & Term Insurance
Robust understanding of insurance products and processes
Valuable communication and client-handling skills
Willingness to travel and meet clients in the market
Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in partnership role
Ability to work independently and grow business

Preferred Qualities:
Existing client network will be an advantage
Target-driven and self-motivated
Strong negotiation and sales skills
