Location: Hyderabad
Position: Course Counsellor
Qualification: BBA / B.Tech / B.Sc. (Computer Science) or equivalent
Salary:
Freshers: Up to ₹20,000/month
Experienced Candidates: Negotiable (Based on experience & skills)

Required Skills
Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory)
Hindi communication is an added advantage
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
Positive attitude with a learner-focused approach
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students about training programs and career opportunities.
Understand students' learning goals and recommend suitable courses.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online inquiries.
Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments.
Explain course curriculum, certification, fees, batches, and career prospects.
Maintain accurate records of leads and student interactions in the CRM.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Coordinate with trainers and the operations team regarding batch schedules.




Build and maintain long-term relationships with students.
Resolve student queries in a professional and timely manner.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
Prior experience in Education, EdTech, Training Institute, BPO, Telecalling, or Academic Counselling is preferred.
Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer interaction.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
