Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day workshop operations.
Supervise technicians and service staff to ensure efficient workflow.
Allocate repair jobs and monitor work progress.
Ensure timely delivery of customer vehicles.
Maintain high standards of repair quality and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues.
Coordinate with the Spare Parts Department for timely availability of parts.
Monitor technician productivity and workshop efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards.
Prepare daily and monthly workshop performance reports.

Requirements:
Diploma / B.E. in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent/Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team handling role.

Experience:
5–8 years of experience in an Automobile Service Workshop.
Experience in an authorized automobile dealership will be preferred.
