Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller / Sales Executive to connect with potential customers, explain our products/services, generate leads, and convert enquiries into sales. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a confident approach towards customers.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Convert enquiries and leads into sales.
Maintain daily call and sales reports.
Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.




Coordinate with the sales team for appointments and demonstrations.
Maintain valuable customer relationships.

Requirements
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Tamil communication is preferred.
Basic knowledge of English is an added advantage.
Fresher candidates with good communication skills can apply.
Previous telecalling, telesales, or sales experience will be an advantage.
Should be confident, energetic, and target-oriented.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
