Syndicate Innovations International Limited, part of A&N; Holding – a multinational group, is looking for energetic and target-oriented Sales Executives to join our BPO sales team.

The candidate will be responsible for connecting with customers, understanding their requirements, presenting products/services, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Generate sales through effective communication and convincing skills.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Convert leads into successful sales and achieve assigned targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities.
Follow company sales processes, scripts, and quality standards.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
Consistently achieve daily,



weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements
0–3 years of experience in BPO Sales, Telesales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, or similar roles.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Strong sales mindset and target orientation.
Ability to handle customer objections and close sales.
Basic computer knowledge.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Candidates with BPO/International BPO sales experience will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits
₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
