Sales & Marketing Executive – Export (Winches & Davits Division)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Export Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our international business for winches and davit systems used in sectors like WTP, ETP, marine, oil & gas, and infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for identifying global opportunities, building distributor networks, and driving revenue growth in overseas markets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute export sales strategies for winches and davits
Identify and target new markets (Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, etc.)
Generate leads through online platforms, tenders, and B2B portals
Handle international client communication, inquiries, and negotiations
Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals and quotations
Coordinate with design/production teams for technical specifications
Manage export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, COO, etc.)
Appoint and manage dealers/distributors globally
Participate in international exhibitions and client meetings
Track competitor activity and market trends

Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia,



Qatar)
Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia)
Africa (Kenya, Nigeria)

Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Understanding of mechanical equipment / industrial products
Knowledge of export procedures and documentation
Ability to read basic technical drawings/specifications
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and email communication
Self-driven with solid follow-up skills

Qualification
Diploma / Degree In Engineering
MBA (International Business / Marketing) preferred

Experience
2–5 years in export sales (industrial products preferred)
Experience in winches, lifting equipment, or mechanical products will be a strong advantage
