The Multimedia Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality training in Graphic Design, 2D Animation, 3D Animation, and VFX while mentoring students, developing course content, conducting practical sessions, and ensuring students are industry-ready for placements and freelancing prospects.
Strong knowledge of Graphic Design, 2D Animation, 3D Animation, and VFX pipelines.

Understanding of AI-assisted creative tools (Adobe Firefly, Runway ML, etc.).
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Maya, Blender, and Adobe Animate.
Robust knowledge of Graphic Design, 2D Animation, 3D Animation, and VFX workflows.
Understanding of design principles, animation principles, compositing, video editing,



and rendering.
Excellent teaching, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to mentor students and guide portfolio development.
Strong creativity, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Good time management and classroom management skills.
Ability to work on live projects and keep up with the latest industry trends and AI tools.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Animation, VFX, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field.
2–5+ years of industry and/or teaching experience.
Solid portfolio showcasing work in Graphic Design, 2D/3D Animation, and VFX.
Experience handling live client projects or production pipelines is an added advantage.
Relevant certifications in Adobe Creative Cloud, Autodesk Maya, Blender, or VFX software are preferred.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
