Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent B2B customers for warehousing, transportation and 3PL services.
Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, references, networking and field visits.
Identify companies with requirements for warehouse space, FTL/PTL, distribution, fulfilment and last-mile services.
Connect with decision-makers including Supply Chain Heads, Logistics Heads, Procurement Heads, Warehouse Heads and Operations Heads.
Conduct customer meetings and understand their logistics requirements.
Prepare and submit commercial proposals and quotations in coordination with the operations team.
Follow up with prospects from lead generation to closure.
Conduct regular market visits and identify new business prospects.
Develop relationships with warehouse owners, transporters, fleet owners and other channel partners.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and customer database.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and customer acquisition targets.




Coordinate with operations and commercial teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Monitor competitor pricing, market trends and customer requirements.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers for upselling and cross-selling.
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and pipeline updates for management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
