About the Role

· We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Email Marketing Executive to manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have experience with marketing automation platforms, email campaign execution, audience segmentation, HTML email creation, A/B testing, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, create, schedule, and execute email marketing campaigns.

· Build responsive HTML email templates compatible across major email clients.

· Create audience segments and personalized campaigns using customer data.

· Set up automated email journeys, drip campaigns, and trigger-based communications.

· Perform QA before campaign deployment, including rendering and link testing.

· Monitor campaign KPIs including delivery, open, CTR, CTOR, conversion, unsubscribe, and bounce rates.

· Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times.

· Maintain email lists and ensure database hygiene.

· Coordinate with design, content, CRM, and performance marketing teams.





· Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices.

· Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Required Skills

· 1–3 years of hands-on experience in email marketing.

· Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email development.

· Experience with any tool listed below - Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp, CleverTap, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MoEngage, Netcore, or WebEngage.

· Understanding of personalization, merge tags, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, UTM tracking, and Google Analytics.

· Robust attention to detail and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Applications, or related field.

· Relevant email marketing or marketing automation certifications are a plus.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
