Job Summary:

Responsible for supervising housekeeping operations, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, managing housekeeping staff, and ensuring guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily housekeeping operations and allocate duties to staff
Inspect guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back-of-house areas
Ensure rooms are cleaned and prepared as per hotel standards
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of housekeeping areas
Train and guide housekeeping attendants and support staff
Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance teams for room status and maintenance issues
Manage housekeeping supplies, linen, amenities, and inventory
Maintain records of room inspections, lost & found, and housekeeping activities
Handle guest requests and housekeeping-related complaints professionally
Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance
Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Qualification & Experience:
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management preferred
3–6 years of experience in hotel/resort housekeeping
Prior experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Senior Housekeeping Executive preferred

Preferred Experience:
Experience in luxury hotels, resorts, villas, or premium hospitality properties
Knowledge of PMS/housekeeping software such as Opera or similar systems is an added advantage

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
