Load Calculations: Perform heating and cooling load calculations (using software like Carrier HAP or Trane TRACE) to determine the exact thermal requirements of a space. [System Design & Layout: Design detailed ductwork, chilled water piping, and ventilation systems. Calculate static pressure, CFM (Cubic Feet per Minute), and pump heads.
Equipment Sizing & Selection: Select appropriate equipment such as Chillers, Air Handling Units (AHUs), Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems, and cooling towers.
TDS Preparation and submittal to client and getting approval.
Issuing Manufacturing clearance to respective vendors and preparing the Engineering BOQ for client and Consultant approval.
Cross-Discipline Coordination: Collaborate with Site engineers to resolve spatial clashes and integrate systems seamlessly.
Documentation & Compliance: Create Bills of Quantities (BOQ), technical specifications, and ensure designs comply with ASHRAE and local building codes.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
