Shipments followup and update with Clients
Booking Procedure with Carriers and Truckers
Should depict exceptional skills in coordination with field Operations staff, Customers, and Communication with Shipping Lines.
Arrangement of Deliveries and followup with clients and operations team
Responsible for Reviewing all Documents.
Assists in the day-to-day Operations for Imports to ensure that Customer Requirements are met.
Responsible for Informing Management of the Progress and Requirements of the Department.
Responsible for Customer Service internally, Bookings, Documentation, and Execution of Routing for Assigned Shipments.
Required 3 to 5 years of Experience.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
