Job Role and Responsibilities:
Lead and establish the foundation for the development team, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
Engage in all stages of development, including design, planning, development, and deployment.
Contribute to the development of best practices for future projects.
Conceptualize, design, and develop new features for our products.
Take ownership of delivering complete system/application components.
Apply technical expertise and creative thinking to develop innovative solutions.
Optimize component performance and stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Write clean, efficient code for test-driven development.
Embrace emerging standards and best practices.
Possess knowledge of both back-end and front-end modules.
Comfortable with integration/interface design.
Understand basic QA methodologies.

Skills Required:
Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.




Expertise in Pandas and DataFrame manipulation.
Robust understanding of OOP, lists, dictionaries, multi-level dictionaries, and NumPy.
Intermediate proficiency in visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Dash, and Plotly.
Experience in creating applications/automations with Python and various libraries.
Ability to write Python scripts and strong understanding of OOP concepts.
Ability to work well under pressure with high attention to detail.

Required Experience:
1+ Year of work experience.

Other Specifications:
Knowledge of automation tools is advantageous.
Understanding of database design.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Good programming logic.
Self-motivated individual with a zeal to learn and grow within the organization.
