Job Description – Video Editor & Social Media Expert Position: Video Editor & Social Media Expert Organization: Sure 60 Gurukul / SDM Public School Job Type: Full time Location: Murthal / Bahadurgarh, Haryana Facilities: Fooding & Lodging Provided Key Responsibilities - Create and edit engaging videos, reels, shorts, promotional videos, and educational content. - Manage and grow the organization’s social media presence on Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and other platforms. - Plan and execute daily/weekly social media content calendars. - Shoot and edit campus, classroom, faculty, student activities, events and promotional content. - Create attractive thumbnails, posters, banners and other digital creatives. - Write suitable captions, hashtags and descriptions for social media posts. - Monitor social media trends and implement new content ideas to increase reach and engagement. - Manage YouTube uploads, titles, descriptions, thumbnails and basic SEO. - Track social media performance and prepare regular reports. - Coordinate with the management, teachers and marketing team for content requirements. Required Skills - Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / Photoshop / Canva or equivalent tools.



- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other short-form video formats. - Knowledge of social media algorithms, trends and basic digital marketing. - Creative mindset with good storytelling and visual communication skills. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Basic knowledge of photography and videography will be an advantage. Qualification & Experience - Graduate / Diploma in Multimedia, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design or a related field preferred. - 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred. - Freshers with strong editing skills and a valuable portfolio may also apply.
