Handle crisis communication effectively to maintain a positive online reputation.

Skills
Proven experience in social media management across multiple platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
Strong understanding of public relations principles and how they apply in digital environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to analyse data using social media analytics tools to inform strategy adjustments.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
