We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Factory Incharge to oversee day-to-day production operations at our packaging manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in machine maintenance, basic electrical troubleshooting, and shop floor supervision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise and manage overall factory floor operations on a daily basis
Ensure production targets are met as per schedule with minimal downtime
Perform and coordinate basic preventive maintenance on packaging machines and equipment
Identify and resolve basic electrical issues in machines (motor faults, wiring, sensors, switchgear, etc.)
Coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdowns and ensure quick resumption of production
Manage shift workers and daily attendance; allocate duties to shop floor staff
Maintain records of production output, machine usage, and maintenance logs
Ensure quality standards are maintained during the production process
Coordinate with stores/inventory for timely availability of raw materials and spare parts

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Basic knowledge of mechanical maintenance — lubrication,



belt replacement, gear checks, pneumatic systems
Basic electrical knowledge — troubleshooting motors, sensors, and control panels
Ability to lead and manage a team of floor workers
Basic computer skills for maintaining production records

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering (preferred)
Experience: 1–2 Years in a factory / manufacturing workplace (Freshers with solid technical knowledge may apply)
Language: Tamil / English (basic communication required)

SALARY:

-- Freshers (0–6 months): ₹15,000 per month
6 Months – 1 Year Experience: ₹16,000 – ₹17,000 per month
1–2 Years Experience: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on skills & performance)
