Role & Responsibilities
Responsible for sales and business development of OTR/TBR Tyres in the assigned territory.
Develop and manage dealer/distributor networks for channel expansion.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and increase market share.
Build solid relationships with dealers, customers, and key accounts.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy business relationships.
Conduct product promotions and market activation activities.

Required Skills & Experience




2–5 years of experience in sales of Tyres, Batteries, Automotive Products, Engineering Goods, Lubricants, or related industries.
Strong experience in dealer network management and channel sales.
Positive communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Result-oriented with the ability to achieve sales targets.
Positive knowledge of MS Office.
Ability to prepare sales reports, MIS, and analyze sales data.
